How Does Analysis Work?9

Which listings can I analyze?

You can analyze car and motorcycle listings on Sahibinden.com and Arabam.com. Just paste the listing link; the system auto-detects both the platform and the category (car/motorcycle). Categories like boats, machinery and real estate aren't supported yet.

How long does an analysis take?

Usually you get a result in 30-90 seconds. If the listing is being analyzed for the first time, the listing data is fetched, a market comparison is run and the AI report is generated. For a previously analyzed listing the result comes instantly from cache. Even if you switch to another tab while it runs, you can get a notification when it's done.

What data does the AI use?

The listing's title, price, mileage, year, fuel type, transmission, color, seller type (private/dealer), paint/replaced-part status, damage record and description are analyzed. Under KVKK we don't process the seller's personal data (name, surname, phone, email). When the listing's cover photo is added to the report, personal data such as license plates is automatically masked.

How accurate is the analysis?

The AI analysis is based on listing data and is a decision-support tool. For high-risk decisions we strongly recommend a physical inspection and professional appraisal. The AI can make mistakes.

Can I analyze the same listing again?

Yes. You can enter the same listing URL again. If it was analyzed within the last 5 days (120 hours), it's served from cache (no quota used). For older analyses a new one is started.

What's in the analysis report?

A 0–100 confidence score, a condition assessment and a color-coded final verdict. The verdict is one of 7 outcomes: STEAL, BUY, NEGOTIATE, FAIR, RISKY, PASS, or (if data is insufficient) NOT ENOUGH DATA. It also includes a negotiation-margin estimate (3 scenarios), red flags, a mileage-consistency check, brand/model-specific known issues, a price comparison against the market median, a seller-type comment and verification steps (e-Devlet/TÜVTÜRK/TRAMER). On Plus and Premium plans you can download the report as PDF/Word and see a 12-month market trend.

Is the analysis done in Turkish or English?

Reports are generated in Turkish. The AI uses Turkish natural-language processing; for technical terms (DSG, EDC, DPF, etc.) a Turkish equivalent is given in parentheses. The English version of the site is being rolled out gradually.

Can I research a model just by make/model name?

Yes. You can reach make/model-level reviews without a specific listing URL. From the brands page (/markalar) go to a make and then a model (for example /renault/clio) to see the model's general market summary, common faults and price range.

What can I do after the analysis?

You can save the report, share its link, download it as PDF/Word (Plus/Premium), use it as a negotiation note, set a price alert or add similar listings to your comparison list. If you decide to proceed, verification steps such as e-Devlet/TÜVTÜRK appear at the bottom of the report.

Quota and Membership8

How many free analyses do I get?

Without signing up you get 1 free analysis as a guest. If you register, you move to 5 free analyses on the Free plan (one-time). The 30-Day Pack offers 25 analyses in 30 days (one-time), and the Premium plan offers 60/month. Dealer tiers go up to Starter 250/month, Pro 600/month and Enterprise 1,500+/month.

When does the quota reset?

On monthly subscriptions (Premium, Dealer) your quota resets at the start of the billing period and the new period's analyses become available. Analyses on the 30-Day Pack, Guest and Free plans are one-time; they don't renew automatically.

Does unused quota roll over to the next month?

No. Monthly quota on paid plans doesn't roll over. When you change plans, the new plan's quota takes effect immediately and the previous period's quota isn't carried over.

Can I transfer my guest analyses to my account?

Yes. After you register, the analyses from your guest session are linked to your account. This happens automatically (provided you're on the same browser/device).

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel a Premium or Dealer subscription anytime from account settings. After cancellation your access continues until the end of the period and auto-renewal stops. The 30-Day Pack doesn't auto-renew anyway — it ends on its own after 30 days, no cancellation needed.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can move from Free to the 30-Day Pack or Premium. When upgrading to Premium the price difference is prorated; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period. The 30-Day Pack is one-time; when it expires you return to Free.

What is the Dealer plan?

The Dealer plan is a business package designed specifically for car dealers. It includes a high monthly analysis quota, multiple users, a listing add/manage panel and customer reviews. Contact us for details.

Is there a family account or multiple users?

Individual plans are single-user. The Dealer plan supports multiple users. We're considering adding a family-sharing plan in the future.

Payment and Invoicing6

Which payment methods are supported?

Right now payment is accepted via bank transfer (havale/EFT) and wallet balance; credit/debit card payment will be added soon. Transactions are in Turkish Lira and an e-archive invoice is issued automatically.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. If you enter invoice details during payment, an e-invoice is issued. You can view and download past invoices under Profile → My Invoices.

Can I get an invoice for a company?

Yes. During payment, tick the corporate invoice option and enter the tax office, tax number and company title. For e-invoice users the system reflects it to the relevant platform automatically.

What is your refund policy?

As this is digital content / an instantly-delivered SaaS service, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation (art. 15/1-ğ). Instead, for customer satisfaction: (1) a full refund within 1 hour of payment if you haven't used any analysis; (2) a pro-rata refund for defective service under Consumer Law art. 8. See the /iade-politikasi page for details.

How does renewal work?

The 30-Day Pack is one-time and doesn't auto-renew — you return to Free when it expires. On a Premium subscription, renewal happens at the end of the period; you pay with the supported methods (bank transfer or wallet). You can cancel the subscription with one click from account settings and stop renewal.

How do I use a coupon code?

On the payment screen, enter it in the 'Coupon code' field and press apply. The discount is reflected in the total. Coupon terms (single use, minimum amount, etc.) are stated in the coupon's description.

Account and Security6

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page and enter your registered email. A reset link is sent to you (valid for 1 hour).

Can I change my email address?

Yes. You can request an email change from profile settings. A verification email is sent to the new address; the change takes effect after the link is clicked.

How do I delete my account?

Start a deletion request via Profile → Account → 'Delete my account'. For KVKK compliance there is a 30-day waiting period (you can cancel within this time). At the end of the period all your personal data is permanently deleted.

I suspect unauthorized access to my account, what should I do?

Change your password immediately — a password change automatically revokes all active refresh tokens (sign-out from all devices). Enable 2FA for extra security. If suspicion persists, open a support request and report the incident.

Is there two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Yes, it's available. You can sign in with a 6-digit code via TOTP authenticator apps like Google Authenticator / Authy. It's enabled by scanning a QR code under Account → Two-Factor Authentication, and you also get 10 backup codes.

Can I make my profile visible to others?

By default your profiles are private. When you post in the Stories section your username is published. You can manage privacy preferences from profile settings.

Data and Privacy (KVKK)6

How is my personal data used?

Your name, email and phone are used only for account management and the order process. The listings you analyze are stored anonymized for aggregate statistics. Details are on the KVKK Privacy Notice page.

Is my data shared with third parties?

No. In line with KVKK and GDPR, your data isn't sold or shared with advertisers. It can only be disclosed to authorities in case of a legal obligation (court order, etc.).

Can I download my data? (KVKK Article 11)

Yes, you can exercise all your rights under KVKK Article 11 (learning, requesting, correction, deletion, transfer, objection). To request, open a support ticket via /app/tickets or write to destek@bunayorumum.net. Your request is fulfilled free of charge within 30 days; a self-service download interface will be added soon.

What happens to my data when I close my account?

30 days after the deletion request, all personal data (name, email, phone, analysis history) is permanently deleted. Anonymous aggregate data (how many analyses were run, etc.) is kept statistically.

What is the cookie policy?

Only essential cookies are active by default (session management, language preference). Your consent is required for analytics (PostHog) and marketing cookies (KVKK consent banner).

Is the listing I send for AI analysis personal data?

No. The listing data is already public on Sahibinden.com/Arabam.com, and personal data such as license plates in photos is masked. The analysis result is stored privately for your account; unless you share the report link, only you can see it.

Dealer Membership and Partnership6

How do I apply as a dealer?

You can fill out the application form on the /galeri-profesyoneller page. You're approved after document verification (tax certificate, chamber registration). Approval takes 1-3 business days.

What can I do in my dealer panel?

You can add and manage your listings, read customer reviews, track leads, customize your dealer profile and add multiple users (employees). You also have a monthly listing re-analysis allowance.

How many times can I re-analyze my listings?

Re-analysis is deducted from your dealer plan's monthly analysis quota (Starter 250, Pro 600, Enterprise 1,500+). There's no separate per-listing limit; if the 5-day cache window has passed a new analysis is triggered, otherwise it's served from cache (no quota used).

How is my dealer rating calculated?

It's calculated from the average of customer reviews. Reviews aren't visible until approved. Spam or competitively-motivated reviews are cleaned up via moderation.

What is a dealer invite code?

It's a special application code Bunayorumum sends to certain dealer partners. Applications with a code get faster document verification and a special commission rate.

Can I offer special campaigns/discounts to customers?

Yes. You can create coupon codes from the dealer panel and offer special discounts to your customers. Coupon usage is reported.

API and Developers4

How do I get API access?

API marketplace access is exclusive to the Dealer Pro and Enterprise plans. Dealer Pro comes with a 5,000 units/month quota and Enterprise with 50,000+ units/month. You can create your key under Account → My API Key. An analysis call counts as 25 units and a read call as 1 unit.

What are the API rate limits?

Dealer Pro 5,000 units/month, Enterprise 50,000+ units/month (customizable by contract). An hourly peak request limit is applied via rate-limiting; details are on the /api-docs page.

Where is the API documentation?

On the /api-docs page you'll find REST endpoints, request/response examples, error codes and sample code (Python, Node.js, PHP).

Are webhooks supported?

Webhook support is currently on the roadmap; we'll announce it when enabled. For now you can track analysis results via polling (periodic GET).

Notifications and Contact4

How do I enable push notifications?

Just turn on the browser push permission under Profile → Notifications. You'll be notified when an analysis completes, a price alert triggers or a support reply arrives.

How are email notifications managed?

Under Profile → Notification Settings you can choose which emails to receive: analysis report, price alert, campaign, blog update, etc.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of each email, or turn off Profile → Notification Settings → Marketing. Account security emails (password reset, etc.) can't be unsubscribed.

Is there a mobile app?

We don't have a native mobile app yet. The site works as a PWA (Progressive Web App) in mobile browsers — you can add it to your phone's home screen.

Technical Issues7

I'm getting a 'listing not accessible' error.

Sahibinden.com or Arabam.com may occasionally restrict access. Wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, open a support request and share the listing URL.

My analysis is stuck in 'generating'.

For some listings a complex analysis can take a while (up to 90 seconds is normal). If it still shows generating after 2 minutes, refresh the page or open a support request (with the listing URL).

Can I share the report page with a friend?

Yes. You can share your report page's URL — even a non-registered visitor can see the public report (personal data such as license plates is masked). A time-limited / gated sharing feature isn't available yet; it's on the roadmap.

Which browsers are supported?

The last 2 major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge are supported. Internet Explorer and Opera Mini aren't supported. For mobile we recommend Chrome and Safari.

Is it mobile-friendly?

Yes, the site is optimized for all mobile devices. It works smoothly on iOS Safari, Android Chrome and Samsung Internet.

The page loads slowly, what can I do?

Clear your browser cache and try again. If you use a VPN, try turning it off. If the problem persists, write which device/browser/OS you use in your support request.

Images aren't loading, what could cause this?

Some network filters may block CDN connections. Test on mobile data or a different network. If you're on a corporate network, your IT department can allowlist bunayorumum.net.
