Premium (₺599/mo, 60 analyses) is the higher subscription for regular buyers/sellers: Word export, SMS+Push alerts, historical market, regional price map, priority AI processing and a 20% expert discount.

Yes. Plus is a monthly membership that renews automatically; ₺349 is charged to your card each month and your analysis quota resets. Cancel anytime from Settings › Subscription — it renews at the end of each period until you cancel, and access continues to the end of the period after cancelling.

If you have an active pack or subscription you can buy extra analyses on top: a Booster (5 analyses ₺49, one-time) or wallet packs (5/10/20/40). These extras kick in when your pack limit runs out and are valid until their own expiry date. Note: extra analysis packs are only for users with a pack/subscription.

The 5 free analyses exclusive to membership are one-time. When they run out you have two options: (1) Plus — ₺349/month for 25 analyses, renews automatically (cancel anytime); ideal when buying a car. (2) Premium — if you buy/sell regularly, ₺599/month for 60 analyses + all advanced features.

Same infrastructure (one-time extra analyses), different size. The Booster is a pack/subscriber's first extra-credit purchase (5 analyses ₺49, one-time). The wallet covers later top-ups (₺99/5, ₺179/10, ₺329/20, ₺549/40). Both are only for users with an active pack/subscription and end when their expiry date passes.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and remaining days are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period.

There are 3 B2B plans for dealers: Galeri Starter (₺1,999/mo, 250 analyses) for small dealers; Galeri Pro (₺4,499/mo, 600 analyses + API) for mid-size dealers; Enterprise (₺9,999+/mo, 1,500+ analyses + white-label + API) at negotiated pricing for large dealers/fleets. Contact us for details.

For monthly subscriptions (Premium and Dealer) annual payment is 20% cheaper than monthly. For example Premium annual ₺5,750 = ₺479/month (₺120 less per month than ₺599). Annual payment locks the price for 12 months. (Plus renews monthly and has no separate annual version.)

Since digital content is delivered instantly, the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation (art. 15/1-ğ) doesn't apply. However, within 1 hour of payment and if you haven't used any analysis you get a full refund (goodwill policy). For defective service your right to a pro-rata refund under Consumer Law art. 8 is reserved. You can cancel your subscription anytime; access continues until the end of the period.
